Immediate payment is not required unless you take up the ‘non-refundable’ offer. Payment is usually required about 10 days before the start date of your stay, but conditions may vary during certain periods of the year. Payment terms and conditions will be indicated at the time of your reservation request.

It is not necessary to submit a document of yours. Your personal details and an active telephone number will be enough for the reservation.

Booking dates can be changed subject to the availability of the apartment and the rate plan in force at the time.

In general, the reservation can be cancelled without penalty up to 10 days before the start of the stay. However, there is a 50% cancellation fee in the case of a cancellation between the 9th and 5th day and a 75% cancellation fee between the 4th day and the stay start date. For cancellations not communicated or in case of no-show, no refund will be provided. During certain periods of the year there may be different penalties, which will be specified at the time of your booking request.

The booking is confirmed with an email summarising dates, rates and conditions. The dates are then blocked on the calendar and removed from the availability of the apartment.

The maximum capacity of the flat is 6 persons. Before the start of your stay you can request the addition of further guests until the maximum number is reached. The request will be subject to confirmation, at which point the rates for new guests will be applied. 
Additional guests must of course be registered at check-in in the same way as the others.

The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests indicated in the booking. Depending on the number of cancelled guests and the date of notification of the change, a refund may be due. Except in special cases, no refund is given if the change is communicated not later than the day before the start of the stay.

The apartment is in the historic centre, a few metres from the Asinelli and Garisenda Towers, in a Limited Traffic Zone (LTZ). For information on how to reach us, please refer to the section Contacts.

The monumental and historical area of the city, in which, by the way, the 2Towers Holiday House has the privilege of being located, is preserved from heavy traffic through a limitation imposed on the circulation of motorized vehicles, the municipality having set up a Limited Traffic Zone (LTZ) with controlled access points years ago. Entry into this zone is permitted with a permit issued by the municipality. Please refer to the section Surroundings for links to the offices to which you can apply for a permit. There are also some private car parks within the LTZ zone (which you can access if you use the service) and others in the centre close to the LTZ zone (e.g. the car park in Piazza VIII Agosto). Adjacent to the ring road (the so-called “Viali”) there is also the Tanari interchange car park (shuttle/car).  For more information, please refer to Section Surroundings 

In general it is allowed, where possible, to leave luggage in the apartment before the check-in time in order to facilitate the guests’ arrival. 
Leaving luggage after check-out is only possible under special conditions, for example when there is no overlap with the check-in of new guests. 
In any case, the request must always be agreed in advance at the time of booking or immediately afterwards in order to be checked and possibly confirmed.

Of course! Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest as well as a welcome set of shower gel, shampoo, soap and shower cap. For longer stays we provide additional sets of towels. For other facilities, please refer to the Apartment section.
